Welcome to Active Autism, we are so pleased to have you join us!
You have selected to use your child’s self-managed NDIS plan to pay for their sessions. To align with NDIS purchasing protocols, you will be charged weekly rather than termly up front. This $35 (plus 2.5% card fee) payment will automatically be taken every Thursday during the 8-week term (or pro-rata for the remaining part of that period if you joined part-way through) using the payment card details you provided at registration.
Every payment will come with an invoice and a payment receipt, which you can use to make your claim back from NDIS. These will be emailed to you, but they are also available any time in your online portal, which you can access via the web or the app.
For your records, we can send you a letter confirming your child’s enrolment in our program and demonstrating how it aligns to their NDIS goals. To enable us to do that, please send us an email informing us of the goal(s) that you wish us to refer to, to: info@activeautism.org
We suggest any goals relating to the following things (or similar) are most appropriate:
- Gross motor and/or physical activity
- Group interaction, social connection and/or peer play
- Interaction and/or safety in a community setting
