A mini obstacle course, space to run, a weekly movement focus and a weekly weekly sport such as softball, mini basketball, cricket etc.

A balance of fitness, focused movement goals, and ‘bootcamp’ style kids games and sports – all led by an experienced fitness trainer.  

We operate in a beautiful big room so there is lots of space and we also have access to a range of purpose built sensory rooms and breakout areas, if needed.
